Pay only for what you need

Pay only for what you need

We extend our "nothing extra" principle to our pricing too. Why pay for a stand or a cable you'd never use? The world has enough waste as it is. Pick what you need and pay only for what you use.

Taken from our company's value

At Dough, we believe customers shouldn't have to pay for any unnecessaries when it comes to buying our products. As you're not paying for things you don't need or won't use, this approach can help you save money and avoid unnecessary expenses. It can also help you be more mindful of your consumption and potentially positively impact the environment.

One way we accomplish this is to avoid including cables and stands in the Spectrum box. While it's the norm in the monitor industry that cable and stand are included in the package, we realized that many of us preferred to use a monitor arm to cater to several monitors simultaneously. So we put up a poll asking customers whether they wanted to have a stand included in the box. 46% of voters responded no, as they preferred to use their existing monitor arms for Spectrum.

Another key aspect of our product development philosophy is sustainability. Our products should be functional and convenient and have a minimal impact on the environment. We use eco-friendly materials and production processes whenever possible and strive to create products built to last. Overall, our goal is to create products that our customers love and deliver real value without hidden costs or fees. This practice, in turn, can help you save money and reduce clutter, as you're not accumulating unnecessary items.

In addition to including only essential items, we also prioritize ease of use and simplicity in our product design. We know that our customers lead busy lives and don't need more time to learn complicated software or navigate confusing menus. That's why we focus on creating intuitive, straightforward products that are easy to use.

In summary, "pay only for what you need" is a philosophy that can help you save money, be more mindful of your consumption, and potentially positively impact the environment. By carefully evaluating your needs and only paying for the resources, products, or services that you truly need or will use regularly, you can avoid unnecessary expenses and make more informed decisions about your consumption.
